Vine Site Shipping Details

Large loads are shipped palletized by Express Freight. Deliveries of palletized products to residential addresses will require a $185 power tailgate charge. All Express loads are shipped Monday or Tuesday of each week. Calculation of costs for palletized, Express Freight Shipment is by DIRECT CONTACT with our operations manager via the website contact page. All Other orders are shipped with by UPS or USPS and the costs can be easily determined using our shipping calculator.

Local delivery inside Texas and to the surrounding four state region is available by our specialty truck fleet.  The rate for delivery is $6.25 per loaded mile. Our drivers do not unload the shipments. Unloading, handling and placement is the responsibility of the receiver.

Pick up at our growing facility is Monday-Friday 8-4pm. Saturday pick up is by appointment only.

** phytocertification documents are provided for a fee of $90.00 domestic/$236.00 international, and are attached to the shipping container where required. Planting and handling instructions are included with each shipment**

 

Warranty Terms

Warranty is applicable only to container vines. We are not liable for crop loss or damage from causes beyond our control, acts of god, drought, insects, or disease. We will gladly replace any stock, up to 3% of the planted total, which proves to be untrue to variety or fails to grow the year that it is installed. We are not responsible for losses sustained during winter conditions, during drought condition, damage due to casual disease or insect pests, herbicide damage, mechanical damage, vandalism, damage or loss during shipping and handling, or other acts of god. Under no circumstances is our liability greater than the cost of the stock, and does not include shipping or handling. Production booking delivery dates are approximate only, and may vary due to crop conditions. Deposits For Production Or Future Shipping/Pick Up Bookings Are Non-Refundable. It is mutually agreed that this is the total extent of our liability involving any matter concerning our product upon placement of your order. Booking order cancellations are subject to a 20% crop management fee. We accept all major credit cards; A 3% fee will be assessed on all credit card transactions. Orders held for 90 days or more will be subject to a 5% maintenance fee. All loss claims must be submitted by August, 15th of the year the product is delivered. For losses in excess of 2% we require notice within 30 days of planting so we can verify practices. Only applicable to vines planted by June 15th.
